1. Digital Products
All products sold on Foxkeys are digital software keys delivered via email upon purchase. As these are intangible goods, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- Invalid Product Key: If the key you purchased is invalid or does not work, you must contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will verify the issue, and if confirmed, issue a replacement key or process a refund.
- Non-Delivery: If you do not receive the key within 24 hours of the purchase, please contact us. We will resend the product key or issue a refund if the delivery issue cannot be resolved.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
